These Terms of Service explain the rules for using the app, posting content, interacting with other users, accessing platform features, and helping protect the true account owner and the community.

Safety enforcement
These Terms govern your use of Edoml, which is operated by Mercury Platform Limited and available to customers worldwide. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required by your local law, if higher) to create an account. By registering, you confirm you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials and EDL Code secure, must not allow others to use your account, must not create accounts for others without their consent, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You can deactivate or delete your account from in-app Settings at any time.
You retain ownership of content you create or upload. By posting, you grant Mercury Platform Limited a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the Service as needed to operate it. Your content must be lawful, must not infringe others' rights, must be content you own or have permission to share, and must not include others' private information without consent.
You must not use the Service to harass, bully, threaten, or stalk others; promote hate or discrimination; share nudity, sexual exploitation, or graphic violence; impersonate others or create fake accounts; commit fraud or run scams; post illegal content; circumvent safety controls or moderation; or scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.
We may review reports, remove content, restrict features, warn, suspend, or permanently disable accounts that break these Terms or create safety risks. We may keep safety records for abuse prevention and legal compliance. You can appeal enforcement decisions by contacting support@edomlapp.com.
Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, available at edoml.app/PrivacyPolicy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Peer-to-peer and business payments are processed by third-party regulated providers such as Stripe, where available in your region. Digital subscriptions or digital content purchases, where offered, are billed through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing as required by those platforms. Creator earnings and payouts may require verification and are subject to eligibility, review, fees, and our payout rules. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings or transactions.
Edoml, the Edoml logo, the Edoml mark, the EDL Code system, and all software, design, and content we create are the property of Mercury Platform Limited. You may not use our marks without our written permission.
We aim to provide a dependable and enjoyable service. The Service is offered on a reasonable "as is" basis, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater. We are not liable for content posted by users or interactions between users.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms, safety reasons, legal requirements, or if we stop offering the Service.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the user's jurisdiction. Any dispute, claim, or matter arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Edoml shall be handled by the courts of competent jurisdiction where the user resides. Nothing here limits any statutory rights you may have under local law.
